Changes to Meet Details - Please Review This ASAP

Good afternoon everyone!

I wanted to send a note out to remind everyone that certain changes to the imported meets need to be communicated to the league admin (me) and the opposing team to ensure changes are made on the individual team sites and the league site.    This includes changes to the date, time, location and/or competition course.

Although you are able to change details on your own team site, those changes will not be automatically reflected to the league or other team (this is similar to how we had to communicate these details in the past).

I had sent information about this back in February when the schedule was imported, and want to make sure everyone is aware about how we'll need to handle any changes.  In case you can't find those emails, I've put them into a document and uploaded it to our site.  You can find it under About Our League - Documents.

I'm attaching the upload of details that was sent to Swimtopia with the schedule.  Information was based on our pre-Swimtopia league website.  If ANY of this needs to be changed, please let me know ASAP as we'll have to coordinate those changes with the opposing teams.
