Good morning all!

A few housekeeping items for all of us to get our season up and running.  Please take a few minutes to look this over so we can get the schedule uploaded for 2026 ASAP!

1.  Verify your Team League Reps on your site

Please make sure your team has the right people setup in the Team League Rep role for this season.  I had a setting configured that caused those assignments to be cleared out when I created a new season on the site (sorry about that).  We've reinstated those assigned from last season, but need you all to make sure the right people are getting League emails.  Thank you!

2.  Review your Volunteer Job Templates by Friday, 2/20

I plan to submit the schedule to Swimtopia next Saturday (it should be live by Monday 2/23).  Once that schedule is online, teams will start setting up for the season, including applying those volunteer job templates.  Please get me any changes this week - once teams have volunteers signed up for jobs, we can't reapply a template with the changes (they have to be done manually by the visiting team on their site).

3.  Confirm your meet start times

Below is what I have for each team for your home meet start times.  If these are incorrect, please let me know by Friday 2/20 or they will be wrong on the schedule.  Changing that after the import requires changes by both teams and the league admin.  Changes on only the home team site won't automatically update the visiting team and can cause some confusion.

4.  New Information on our League Website

I've reorganized the section on our League website for information about League Docs (Meeting Minutes, Bylaws, Schedules, Swimtopia How-To's, etc).  To access these, you can login to the League website using the same SwimTopia login you use on your team website.  As long as you are setup in the Team League Rep Role, you will have access.
